MY GO TO LIST:

I am gluten free and eat paleo “most” of the time!

Vegetables 

Mushrooms, kale, broccoli, onions (red and yellow), asparagus, brussel sprouts, cauliflower,  cubanelle peppers, hot peppers, spinach, lettuce, carrots, celery, tomatoes

Fruits

Bananas, blueberries, strawberries, apples, pears, peaches, plums, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe

Protein

Boneless skinless chicken breast, lean ground turkey, chicken sausage, pork chops, filet, eggs, turkey cutlets, shrimp, tuna, scallops, salmon

Dairy/Milk

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, cheese (in moderation)

Carbs

Sweet potatoes, yams, white potatoes, quinoa, brown rice, gluten free pasta

Healthy fats

Natural Peanut butter, sunbutter, almond butter, cashew butter, almonds, cashews, coconut oil, avocados, olive oil
