MY REVIEW ON PIYO
I started PIYO a few months after I had my first baby. My body was definitely craving something low impact and PIYO was the perfect option for me. After the 60 days I definitely noticed a difference in my body and I felt stronger. My flexibility definitely improved a lot. I would definitely recommend PIYO to anyone post-pregnancy or someone that is recovering from an injury!
