Why Im 21 day fix obsessed!!!! 

In my opinion this is the BEST beachbody program out there.  The reason I think its so amazing is because it teaches CLEAN EATING.  The fix provides you with a fool proof meal plan if you follow it.  There’s absolutely NO guess work involved.  Before the fix I thought I was eating clean and the correct portions but I realized I wasn’t eating frequently enough and eating WAY too much peanut butter.  I was pretty amazed after only a week at how much my body had changed because I was eating the proper foods and portions each day.

Also, the workouts are amazing.  I need to lift in order for my body to change and these workouts include everything so I was never bored.  Plus, they are 30 minutes which is great for Moms!
