Are you wondering what the difference is between the REGULAR 21 day fix and 21 day fix EXTREME????
Honestly, NOT as much as I expected. I am pleasantly surprised, its going to be hard don’t get me wrong. But, Im ready to push myself for 21 days! With 8 weddings coming up (one of them in Chicago yay mini trip), a trip to Nashville, mini stay-cations, and SUMMER, Im ready to rock a bikini proudly and hopefully some abs!
If you are doing 21 day fix EXTRME meal plan its basically the SAME as the REGULAR 21 day fix EXCEPT NO wine, chocolate, or treats of any kind. SORRY no subbing out those precious Yellow containers for something sweet or a glass of wine!!! But its ONLY 21 days right??? Whenever I want that piece of chocolate or a glass of wine I keep asking myself if I want that treat more or I want abs more? The answer is always going to be ABS, so yes it takes sacrifice but its what I want!!!!
NOW if you are doing the COMPETITION meal plan that is definitely different from the Regular 21 day fix and the EXTREME meal plan!!!
My regular and EXTREME meal plan looks like this:
4 reds (proteins) 3 greens (veggies) 2 yellows (carbs) 2 purples (fruits) 1 blue (healthy fats and cheese) 1 orange (dressings or nuts) 2 tsps (healthy fats)
Competition Meal Plan looks like this:
6 reds (proteins) 3 greens (veggies) 1 yellow (carbs) and 3 tsp (healthy fats)
So, I am definitely missing my banana in my shakeo and my avocados on competition days BUT its two competition days followed by and Extreme eating day, so its NOT 21 days straight of competition meal plan…. 2 days on 1 day off!!!!
I thought fitting in 6 proteins a day would be difficult but somehow by the 6th protein I am starving, so clearly I was NOT eating enough before.

*If you have a decent amount of weight to lose and have fallen off track both physically and nutritionally go with the Regular 21 day fix!
* If you are prepping for an event (vacation, wedding, summer) and are just looking to shred those last 5 pounds or want to take your fitness to the next level, go with Fix EXTREME!!!
