2015 New Years Resolutions


Every year I make a list of ALL the things I want to accomplish.  I usually put my list in a place I can see it everyday so I have a reminder.  This year I will be printing out my list and posting it in my workout room so I can see it every morning.  I always make at least 10 New Years Resolutions but this year I have more and Im excited to cross every single thing off my list!


1. Be a 3 Star Diamond Coach by Nashville Summit (July 2015)

2. Be a 5 Star Diamond Coach by December 2015

3 Be making $1,000 a week in my Beachbody Business by December 2015

4. Start and maintain a successful Mommy/Baby exercise business

5. Have minimum 15 Business Building Coaches by December 2015

6. Get certified to teach Barre

7. Read 2 books a month (1 pleasure book and 1 Personal Development book)

8. Run a 10K

9. Make some new Connecticut Mommy friends

10.  Start taking Juliana to the library for story time and start her in a tumbling tikes class

11. Set business hours and stick to them

12. Have a date night with my husband once a month

13. Be able to see ab muscles by June 2015 so I can feel confident in a  bikini

14.  Go to bed earlier so I can workout first thing so I have more time for Juliana and can use her nap time to work on my business and get house things done

15. Finish getting the house together

16. Be pregnant again by December 2015 or at least have a plan to get pregnant early 2016
